Just Advice Through HRS Family Law Solicitors
How does Just Advice work?
Just Advice means we don’t represent you as your lawyer, we just advise you so you can pursue your case yourself. We have three advice bundles to choose from. Simply pick the one that most suits your needs and your budget. When you sign up we will conduct an identity check to ensure we aren’t conflicted*, we take payment and then you are free to access our advisory services how and when you please.
Which matters can we advise on?
We are experts in family law. So no matter the nature of the dispute, we can help. This service is particularly useful for non-complex divorce, child arrangements, financial arrangements and small claims. If your case involves social services, or you have been the victim of domestic abuse, we may be able to offer you legal aid.

We do offer an advocacy service for people who have done all the paperwork but require someone to represent them in court. Click here for more information.
Law firms can’t provide services to both sides of a dispute. If they do it is a conflict of interest. If we find out we are representing the other side in your dispute we will immediately refund you for any unused services and may be able to recommend you to another Solicitor.

Yes. If you are an NHS worker we offer a 15% discount on all packages. If you have used the firm before it is 20%.
