HRS Reopens to the Public: Safe Steps Back to Normality
As the country takes its first steps towards normality, we are delighted to announce that HRS has re-opened to the public, at least in part.
Our front doors are open once again, and we’re thrilled to welcome clients back for safe, face-to-face conversations with our receptionists and solicitors. We have ensured that:
- The 2-metre rule is clearly marked out.
- Safety measures, including an innovative tray doubling as an information poster, are in place.
Reintroducing Face-to-Face Contact
We know how much everyone values face-to-face interactions. This step allows you to:
- Speak with someone in person.
- Get updates from your lawyer directly, safely, and comfortably.
While we are not yet able to restart client appointments fully due to the 2-metre rule, we hope this is just the beginning. We’ll monitor the situation closely and adapt as guidance evolves.
Court Trials Are Resuming
In the interim, Courts are also taking steps to re-open. Trials have restarted, and although remote hearings via telephone and the internet have been effective, we are all eager to return to in-person representation.
As of the 15th, we anticipate a policy change that will allow our lawyers to:
- Resume client representation in Court.
- Return to doing what they enjoy and excel at – representing you in person.
Of course, this depends on the Courts’ progress and ongoing Government guidance, but we remain hopeful.

Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our staff. Throughout this crisis, they have continued to work diligently under extraordinary circumstances. Their hard work and dedication have been truly invaluable.
