At HRS Family Law Solicitors, we are committed to meeting the SRA diversity requirements and upholding our responsibilities around equality and diversity while respecting individual privacy.
The SRA diversity requirements mandate that we annually consider, calculate, and publish details regarding diversity within our firm. However, we believe that such disclosure lies within the individual rights of our staff, as it includes personal and sensitive information such as sexuality and identity.
In compliance with this view, we offered our staff the opportunity to provide their choices voluntarily. For those who preferred not to disclose their personal information, we communicated this decision to the SRA.
Our SRA diversity requirements Data:
We can confirm that HRS Family Law Solicitors Limited currently employ 74 staff. Of these:
- 47 staff members identify as White British.
- 27 staff members identify as non-White British.
This represents a diversity ratio of 36.5% compared to the national UK average of 13%.
At HRS, we passionately believe in promoting equality and diversity while ensuring that every individual retains control over their personal identity and information. Privacy is a fundamental right, and we are committed to safeguarding it.
We will not be publishing any additional diversity data at this time. However, as always, HRS remains dedicated to fulfilling our legal and moral obligations and fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.
